Each order is custom made and will be on your way within 2-6 business days. Depending on the volume, some larger orders may take longer to process. We ship FREE to Canada and USA. For a faster shipping service, please contact us.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Our wallpapers, murals and decals are made to order; therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. The only exception applies if the product is defective or has been damaged during shipping. In this case, please contact us (with proof of photos) immediately after receiving your parcel. Remember that the product cannot be used; otherwise, the order will not qualify for a refund!
Samples and Sale items are the final price and cannot be refunded.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We take great care in inspecting and packing our products to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition, and we want our clients to be 100% satisfied. If you have received a damaged or different product than you purchased, or if an item is missing, please contact us within 7 business days of your order. Please include as many details as possible, including photos of the damaged product, the packaging and your order number. Please keep in mind that the products can not be used to qualify for a refund or exchange!
You can either have a new product sent or receive a discount, refund, or gift card. This will be decided for each case.
Suppose your case qualifies for exchange or a refund. The product will have to be returned to our shop in the original packaging (or additional, if needed) and unused.
Please note that all sales (custom orders and samples included) are FINAL and non-refundable!
