What material are your wallpapers printed on?

Currently, we are offering four premium wallpaper materials: • Peel and Stick SMOOTH vinyl. Lustre white finish. Phthalate-free vinyl. Flame resistant. • Peel and Stick CANVAS textured vinyl. Matte white finish. Phthalate-free vinyl. Flame resistant. • Pre-Pasted. Matte off-white, PVC-free wallpaper. Flame resistant. Water activated. • Traditional (unpasted). Matte off-white, PVC-free wallpaper. Flame resistant. Needs paste and is not included.

What makes your Peel and Stick wallpaper different from the rest?

Our wallpapers are odourless and can be used safely in any indoor environment. In addition, we use GreenGuard Certified Latex Inks. We're proud to offer products that are safe for our customers and better for the environment.

I've just painted my walls. Can I install my wallpaper or decals?

We recommend that on newly painted walls, please allow at least four weeks before installing any wallpaper or decals.

Can I reuse my wallpaper or wall decals?

Yes! Any of our premium peel-and-stick wallpaper materials can be removed and repositioned as many times as you need. Best of all, they won't damage the walls or leave any residue behind.

Where can I use my peel and stick wallpapers and decals?

We highly recommend it for smooth walls only and light-coloured surfaces. Our wallpapers and decals are great for either short-term or long-term use. The product is not recommended for brick, non-painted cement surfaces, textured or heavy-painted speckled wallboard, MDF, or Porous surfaces.

Can the wallpapers or decals damage my walls?

Our peel-and-stick wallpapers and decals are made using a removable vinyl material that has been tested to assure that they will not damage or leave residue behind on your walls.

How long will the wallpapers or decals stay up?

Our wallpapers and wall decals are meant to last a very long time; think about years if installed correctly. To see instructions, please visit our How-to section.

How do I clean my wallpaper?

We recommend only using a damp non-abrasive cloth with room temperature clean water. Avoid using any cleaning solutions as that may cause the colors to smudge. Do not rub or scrub the surface or use brushes to clean.

Can I install the wallpaper in my bathroom?

Absolutely! Our wallpapers can work in your bathroom! However, the bathroom would need to have proper ventilation to help the wallpaper last on the wall. Vents, exhausts, and windows would allow the water to dissipate faster than without those. When you create steam in the bathroom, make sure you properly ventilate the bathroom, so no residue leaks through the corners. Make sure your room is completely dry before installing and preparing the wall. Once you install your wallpaper, let it cure for 24hrs before creating humidity in the room.

Sure thing! Kindly send us a message or an email with details about your project, along with any pictures or sketches you may have. We're more than happy to assist you with your order and even a custom order if required.

Can I purchase samples for wallpaper or decals?

Absolutely! Sample sheets of 8"x10" are available; you can purchase as many as you need. We mail two samples, one at the actual scale and the other is a small-scale version so you can see the entire pattern. Also, we include blank wallpaper swatches of our materials. Samples are great for testing and previewing the material and colour on your walls. We encourage you to purchase samples before committing to full rolls. For customizations, please contact us.

Why should I order a sample?

A sample is excellent to test the material on your wall and confirm the colour you want. 

How big are the samples?

Our standard sample sheet size is 10" x 8". Design patterns are printed at actual size or scale. If you need a custom sample sheet size, please contact us.

Do you offer returns, refunds, or exchanges?

We currently do not accept any returns or offer refunds or exchanges as each product is made to order. The only exception applies if the product is defective or has been damaged during the transit. In such a case, please contact us (with proof of photos) immediately after receiving your parcel. Remember that the product cannot be used; otherwise, the order will not qualify for a refund!

If you have received a damaged, defective or different product or missing item, please send us a message within seven days of receipt of the order. Include as many details as possible; add photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging. Remember that the product cannot be used; otherwise, the order will not qualify for a refund or exchange. Incidents will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Suppose your case qualifies for exchange or a refund. In that case, the ordered item will have to be shipped back to us in the original packaging (or additional, if needed), in perfect condition and unused. We will send a replacement product or the missing items upon receiving the returned product.
