HOW TO MEASURE THE WALLS

The width and the height of the wall should be considered when doing the calculations. Our wallpaper comes in panels or rolls.


Our wallpaper panels are 24.5" in width, and offered in four standard heights 70”; 96”; 108”; and 120”.

RECTANGULAR WALLS

  1. 1. Measure how wide and tall your wall is. Add 2 inches to each side to make sure your wall is covered. Write the numbers in inches.

  2. 2. Divide the width of the wall by 24.5 (that's how wide each wallpaper panel is). Round up the answer to know how many panels you need.

  3. 3. Pick panels that are as tall as your wall or a little taller.

SLANTED WALLS

  1. 1. Measure the widest and tallest parts of the wall, adding 2 inches to each side. The tallest part is the panel height. Write the numbers in inches.

  2. 2. Divide the width by 24.5 to figure out the number of panels you’ll need. Round up the number.

  3. 3. Pick panels that are as tall as your wall or a little taller.

MULTIPLE WALLS

  1. 1. Measure the height of each wall and add up the total width of all the walls. Add 2 inches to each side. Write the numbers in inches.

  2. 2. Divide the total width by 24.5 to figure out how many panels you need. Round up the result.

  3. 3. Pick panels that are as tall as your wall or a little taller. If you need a custom order, feel free to ask us for help!

MULTIPLE SLANTED WALLS

  1. 1. Measure the width and height of each wall, but only include the flat, vertical areas (ignore the sloped parts) Add 2 inches to each side. Write the numbers in inches.

  2. 2. Add up the total width of all the walls (just the flat parts)

  3. 3. Divide the total width by 24.5 to figure out how many panels you need. During installation, trim any extra material to fit the sloped areas.

WALLS WITH AN OBSTACLE

  1. 1. Measure the entire width and height of the wall, ignoring the obstacle (like a window or door) Write the numbers in inches.

  2. 2. Divide the total width by 24.5 to figure out how many panels you need. Round up the result.

  3. 3. Pick panels that are as tall as your wall or a little taller. When applying the wallpaper, cut around the obstacle to match the pattern.
