Please note that while we have done our best to accurately represent our design's colour, position, and scale, the finished product may be slightly different than what appears in the images of our listing. Therefore, we encourage our customers to order samples to test on walls and check the colour and design scale before committing to entire orders. We cannot guarantee a colour match for wallpaper printed in different lot batches or at other times. Photos in the reviews can have filters, customizations, or different lighting conditions.

✔︎ RETURN POLICY
Every order at Moose Accents is custom printed. We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns need to be approved before shipping items back. The order will be inspected upon arrival.
Unauthorized or fraudulent returns, will not be processed.
Issues related to product features accurately explained in this product description, do not constitute defects.


✔︎ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Our peel-and-stick wallpaper is white, phthalate-free P.V.C. vinyl, thick material, removable, scuff-resistant, stretch, tear, and flame resistant.
• Our pre-pasted and unpasted traditional wallpaper is an off-white colour, PVC-free paper, thick material, mold, mildew, and flame resistant.
• Peel and stick, and pre-pasted will not leave glue residue on the wall after removal. Recommended removability is one year from most substrates.
• Non-pasted traditional wallpaper requires paste for installation. A professional wallpaper installer is recommended.
• Recommended for smooth walls and surfaces. Great for either short-term or long-term use.
• The product is not recommended for brick, non-painted cement surfaces, textured or heavy-painted speckled wallboard, M.D.F., or porous surfaces.
• On newly painted walls, please allow four weeks before installing any wallpaper or mural.
